Bring cable and free-weight training together with the X-Rival XRFT08 Functional Trainer, paired with the XRAB05 adjustable weight bench, a 7 ft Olympic barbell and a 120 lb black bumper plate set.
What's included
- 1 × X-Rival XRFT08 Functional Trainer
- 1 × X-Rival XRAB05 Adjustable Weight Bench
- 1 × X-Rival 7 ft Olympic Barbell
- 1 × 120 lb Black Bumper Plate Set: 2 × 10 lb, 2 × 15 lb and 2 × 35 lb plates
Adjustable support for your training
Use the adjustable pulley positions for exercises such as rows, flys and arm work, then add bench-supported free-weight exercises to your routine. The XRAB05 offers flat, incline and supported seated positions.
The XRAB05 features independently adjustable backrest and seat pads, ladder-style supports, black textured upholstery and a braced black frame with wide, capped feet. The bench shown and supplied in this combo is the XRAB05.
One coordinated strength-training package
The included barbell and 120 lb plate set give you a starting selection of free weights alongside your functional trainer. This combo is sold as the four components listed above; the 120 lb figure refers to the plates only, not the total package weight.
Before training: Follow each component's assembly and load-rating instructions. Use a level surface, fully engage the bench's adjustment supports and use suitable safety supports for barbell exercises. Confirm dimensions and clearances for your space before ordering.
