The Bells of Steel Short Rackable Barbell brings rack-friendly training to smaller home gyms. At 69 inches (175 cm) long, it saves about 17 inches compared with a standard Olympic bar while fitting racks with an inside width of up to 49 inches (124.5 cm). Check your rack's inside width before ordering.
Its 28.5 mm steel shaft has a matched black-zinc finish, dual IPF/IWF knurl marks and a centre knurl for squats, presses and pulls. Light-pressure knurling gives you a secure everyday grip, while bushings and snap rings support smooth, consistent sleeve rotation.
The bar weighs 29 lb (13 kg), has 7⅞-inch (200 mm) loadable sleeves on each side and a 900 lb (408 kg) static capacity. A compact choice for garage gyms, basements and shared training spaces.
