Slide the bracket's welded pin through your upright at the desired height and secure the rear detent pin to lock the arm into place. To move the arms, reverse the steps. Handle adjustments are just as easy!

Hydra Lever Arms simulate DOZENS of machine exercises in only a fraction of the space & without a jaw-dropping price tag. Add an Adjustable Pull-Up Bar for even more versatility (hip thrusts and leg presses, anyone?) Height and handle adjustments are simple, so you are able to find your perfect placement. These space-efficient attachments (sold in pairs) add only 4.5" to the front of your rack when not in use and tuck nicely inside racks with a minimum 43" depth. With a 500lb weight capacity and two handle styles to select from, you're set for life. Throw on your Olympic weight plates and a set of magnetic collars, and get lifting. Your gainz depend on it. IMPORTANT: The Hydra Lever Arms are only guaranteed to fit on true 3" x 3" uprights with 5/8" holes. If installed on the exterior of your uprights, your rack MUST be bolted down to avoid tipping and/or injury. Pull-up bar attachments will not fit on your lever arms when added to an All-in-One Trainer due to the width of the All-in-One uprights.
