Options range from 5" to 13" loadable sleeves built to fit Olympic-sized weight plates. Black powder coat protects your plates while reducing friction for easy loading and unloading. choose the plate pegs that fit your power rack. On average, each 13" Manticore peg can fit eight 45lb Mighty Grip Plates or four 45lb Crumb Bumpers . On average, each 5" Manticore peg can fit the following Mighty Grip Plates : three 25lb plates, five 10lb plates, or five 5lb plates. IMPORTANT: Sold in pairs. Hardware included.
