Its modular design means you can reconfigure or split it into smaller racks for home gyms, family workouts, or team training setups. And yes, it’s perfect for those “swolemate” lift sessions, too.
IMPORTANT: The Hydra series uses true 3" x 3" tubing with 5/8" holes. Only Hydra attachments or non-B.o.S. attachments built precisely for 76.2 mm x 76.2 mm uprights with 1" holes will fit.
