Understanding the ranges: Band resistance changes as the band stretches and depends on your exercise setup. The ranges above describe exercise resistance; they are not safe load-bearing limits or a guaranteed amount of pull-up assistance.

Care and use
Inspect each band before every use. Do not use a band with tears, cuts, cracks or other damage. Keep bands away from sharp edges, excessive heat and direct sunlight during storage. Wipe clean and let dry before putting away. Use controlled movements and avoid overstretching. These bands are exercise accessories, not lifting or climbing equipment.
